Experiments and proofs

• Neighbour resolution experiments are still running, but should be finished by tomorrow morning and cover all the remaining results I need.
• Restructured my thesis chapters.
• Got part way through doing the proofs relating AT and HBR.
• Kicked off another set of experiments, this time on binary equivalence finding.
